HUNGRY MINDS operates BharatBill (https://www.bharatbill.online). You can ask us at any time to delete the personal information we hold about you. This page explains how.

How to ask

Send an email to hungryminds.basti@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data", or call us on +91-7985872766. Tell us:
1. the email address or mobile number we know you by; and
2. what you want deleted: your whole BharatBill account, only your mobile number from our WhatsApp list, or an invoice you made with the free invoice maker on our home page.

So that nobody else can delete your information, please write from the email address of your account, or be ready to confirm a detail of it.

WhatsApp messages from BharatBill

If you received a WhatsApp message from us and do not want another, reply STOP to it. We will not message that number again. To have the number itself removed from our records, ask us as described above.

What we delete

When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your name, email address, mobile number and sign-in details, and the business information in the account: your invoices, customers, suppliers, items, stock and books of account. If you signed in with Google, we also delete the link to your Google account. Deletion cannot be undone, so please download any invoices or reports you need first.

What we may have to keep

If you paid for a subscription, we keep the tax invoice we issued to you and the record of the payment for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep nothing else.

How long it takes

We will confirm your request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days.
